February meeting of the Labette County Democrats--Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7:00 at the Arvon Phillips Rec. Center, 200 S. Heacock in Parsons.  We have a full agenda including a review of the caucus, information on the Holcomb coal-fired power plant.  (As always, invite a friend or neighbor!)
